The Partnership
USMoneyUP, Inc. ("MoneyUP") is the technology provider for the Juan Felipe Gomez Escobar Foundation Inc. ("Fundación Juanfe"). Under our partnership, MoneyUP builds and operates the digital channel through which donors located in the United States make their contributions to the Foundation.
How does it work?
The channel operates in WhatsApp under the name Fundación Juanfe | by MoneyUP at +1 702 354 4354.
This number belongs to MoneyUP and is dedicated exclusively to Fundación Juanfe. MoneyUP operates it for and on behalf of the Foundation, under the commercial agreement in place between the two organizations.
Through the channel, a donor can:
Make a contribution from the United States, in US dollars
Choose the amount and frequency of their gift
Receive confirmation of their contribution

Is it secure? Yes. Payments are processed through MoneyUP's infrastructure under card industry security standards.
Is my donation tax-deductible? Fundación Juanfe is a 501(c)(3) organization in the United States. Tax documentation is issued directly by the Foundation.
Can I give every month? Yes. You can set up a recurring gift and change or cancel it any time from the same channel.
Does it cost me anything? No. It has no cost to use the channel nor to make a donation.
Who does what
Fundación Juanfe is the recipient of all contributions. It issues the Contribution Instrument documenting each gift and is solely responsible for issuing any applicable tax documentation.
MoneyUP provides and operates the channel's technology: the platform, collection in the United States, and settlement of funds to the Foundation. MoneyUP does not issue tax documents and does not provide tax advice.
